Andrew graduated from the University of Edinburgh with a first-class degree in Informatics in 2020. During his time there, he interned with the Institute for Computing Systems Architecture (ICSA) looking at ways to identify coding patterns in source code. Not only that, he also won best technical prize for a robot that retrieved bottles, opened them and poured the contents into a cup. When it comes to classic games, Andrew’s a fan of the original Gameboy Tetris (who isn’t?!). And in the future? He believes the most exciting technological advance over the next 20 years will be fully realistic virtual reality which is affordable and may well transform the way we teach and learn.
