Stork Technical Services (Stork) are a leading global provider of knowledge based asset integrity services for the Oil & Gas, Power and Chemical sectors.
Stork’s HSE department had an existing Excel spreadsheet which included a number of Visual Basic (VB) macros which Stork used to log, monitor and report on their continuous improvement (CI) forms. Stacey Henderson, Corporate HSEQ Advisor, comments
“The whole process has been simple from start to finish, Codify really understood what we needed and developed a solution which surpassed our expectations. All dealings with Codify from sales to support have been excellent, they communicate in a clear, concise manner, without being too technical. Codify created mock-ups that allowed us to visualise the system before work started and gave me confidence they really understood our requirments.’
Stacey continues,
‘Reporting used to be entirely manual and involved scrolling through rows of spreadsheet data, with the new system it’s easy, I can pull the information I want, when I need it and report to the relevant departments. Staff welcomed the change because they were involved at the outset and felt like they shaped the system that was finally developed. The system works so well we now plan to roll it out globally across Stork’s HSEQ departments in other regions.’
