Codify worked with long-time client Stork, a global provider of integrated maintenance, modifications and asset integrity solutions, to do just that.

Stork was handling a vast amount of timesheets per week, across a diverse and large workforce, who were remotely situated in various on and offshore locations.
The offshore focal points completed field workers’ timesheets in Excel each week, prior to being authorised by the offshore installation manager (OIM). A process which was time consuming.
We created a purpose-built, standardised software - eTimesheets and eBilling - and rolled out training for staff in 2017.
Its strength is its configurability - simply put, the system’s flexibility to be changed in line with what Stork needs it to do.
Offshore leads still input their personnel’s time details, but now this information automatically transfers to the company’s central database and payroll system, and is verified onshore, before automatically creating payroll export files, as well as cost updates and invoices for its clients.
This eliminates the need for manual inputting and duplication, instead enabling prompt seamless payments, as well as accurate and effective job estimating and invoicing.
